Under Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana law, an individual is able to obtain a Medical Marijuana card only if he or she has a “serious medical condition” certified by a duly credentialed physician. Under Pennsylvania’s Medical Marijuana law, a “serious medical condition” includes the following medical diseases and conditions:

  • Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
  • Autism
  • Cancer
  • Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating
  • Polyneuropathy
  • Crohn’s Disease/Ulcerative Colitis
  • Intractable Spasticity
  • Epilepsy/SeizuresGlaucoma
  • HIV/AIDS
  • Huntington’s Disease
  • Intractable Seizures
  • Inflammatory Bowel Disease (including Colitis and Crohn’s)
  • Multiple Sclerosis
  • Neuropathies
  • Parkinson’s Disease
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Severe Chronic/Intractable Pain
  • Sickle Cell Anemia
