Create Patient Profile

The individual seeking Medical Marijuana must create a patient profile with the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Patient and Caregivers Registry by clicking here.

Step #2

Obtain A Physical Certification

After obtaining a Physician certification, the individual seeking Medical Marijuana must return to the Pennsylvania Department of Health’s Patient and Caregivers Registry and pay for a Medical Marijuana ID card.
